Motorist traveling on Hwy 17 in Heyden, north of Sault Ste Marie, have one more traffic hazard to worry about. Last night at about 8:30 a group of kids were perched on a rock cut near Trout Lake Road throwing snowballs at passing cars and trucks.

Last night at about 8:30 a group of kids were perched on a rock cut near Trout Lake Road throwing snowballs at passing cars and trucks. One vehicle was struck on the windshield by one of the projectiles but luckily there was no damage to the vehicle. Police attended the area but the group had fled to area prior to police arrival.
