On Tuesday at 11:00 p.m., the East Algoma O.P.P. was dispatched to a Bruce Mines establishment. Three males had been discovered inside playing pool after the establishment had closed. The owner found the three inside and, it is alleged, he was assaulted by one of the three.

Upon arrival, police found the suspects outside.

Charged with "Entering a premises when entry is prohibited" under the Trespass To Property Act are Tyler Lafortune, age 18, and Brian Renner, age 19, both of Bruce Mines. Charges have also been laid against a 14-year-old young offender.

Criminal charges for assault are also pending against one of the accused.
