CHURCH THEFT
The O.P.P. reports a break, enter and theft from the Mother of God Catholic Church on Old Highway 17 in Goulais River. Stolen was a Sony CD/Cassette player valued at $380.


THEFT AT COTTAGE
A break and enter was also reported to a camp on Lower Island Lake. Approximately $300 worth of camping items, including 2 Coleman lanterns, a Coleman stove, an inverter and a small TV were stolen.


TRUCK ROLLS
A single vehicle rollover on Highway 638 in MacDonald Township was reported at 7:00 p.m. yesterday. A 1994 Mazda pick-up driven by a lone female occupant lost control due to heavy rain and water on the roadway. The driver did not sustain any injuries because she was wearing a seat belt.
