BOLD YOUNG THIEVES
An Echo Bay resident caught to young males in the process of rummaging through his two vehicles early this morning. At around 3:00 a.m., the victim looked out his front window and observed the two males getting into his unlocked vehicles in his front yard.

The owner turned on the yard lights and the suspects fled. One of the males is described as having a slim build and wearing a v-neck t-shirt. One of them had a bicycle. They were not successful at stealing any valuables.

Police remind you to never leave valuables in your vehicle. These thieves were bold enough to attempt a theft when the lights were on in the residence and it was obvious that someone was home. Never assume it can't happen to you.
