Heydon Break and Enter

Heyden, Ont. A Heyden homeowner discovered that not everyone had the day off for the Good Friday Holiday.

The owners of a house on Maki Lake Road in Heyden arrived home in the darkened hours of Friday to discover that the criminal element was busy practicing the trade of thievery and deceit at their expense.

While the homeowners were away for the evening, thieves broke open a locked door of the house and searched every room and the basement of the home. The criminals made off with electronic equipment, jewelry, musical instruments, computer equipment and a variety of other household items.
