HIGHWAY 17 REOPENED AFTER FATAL ACCIDENT
Sudbury, Ont.
Due to a fatal single-vehicle accident, Highway 17, approximately 1 km east of Narin Centre had been closed around noon today.
No details are yet available regarding the driver or the cause of the accident.
As of 6:30 p.m. today, the highway was reopened.

The City Police and the O.P.P. provide an excellent information service for the press from Monday to Friday but, understandably, do not have information officers in on the weekends and do not issue press releases.
