KIDS AND SNOWBALLS

Sault Ste Marie OPP have had a relatively quiet weekend in the surrounding areas.
O.P.P. and the Batchawana First Nation Police have dealt with numerous reports of kids throwing snowballs at passing vehicles. OPP have received these reports from the Heyden, Rankin and Garden River area.
At first glance this may seem like a trivial matter but a chunk of snow thrown at a vehicle traveling at highway speeds has the potential to cause serious injuries and extensive damage.
If you see anyone participating in this activity please call the police before someone gets injured.
