FATAL MOTORCYLCE ACCIDENT
(Kapuskasing, Ontario) The Ontario Provincial Police is investigating a single motorcycle accident. The accident took place on Seaborne Crescent, Kapuskasing on Friday 11 June 2004 at 09:30pm.
Preliminary investigation indicates that the motorcycle was heading southbound on Seaborne Crescent, lost control and struck a fence post. The motorcycle was 2004 Honda SC5.
The driver, Owen Shirley age 21 of Kapuskasing, succumbed to his injuries at the Sensenbrenner Hospital in Kapuskasing.
The investigating officer is Constable Samuel Asner, assisted by an OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigator and the Technical Identification Services Unit.
