INTERNET SCAM Police are in the process of investigating a possible Fraud Scam from The IVORY COAST, AFRICA. A complainant went to the police station in Elliot Lake stating that she had wired a large amount of money to a person living in Africa.

Police are in the process of investigating a possible Fraud Scam from The IVORY COAST, AFRICA. A complainant went to the police station in Elliot Lake stating that she had wired a large amount of money to a person living in Africa. The complainant met the unknown person through the Internet.

They struck up a relationship and the subject approached the complainant with a proposal to allow him to enter the country. The subject stated he had access to 10.5 million dollars and would compensate the complainant for her assistance.
