ARMED ROBBERY
The Sault O.P.P. Criminal Investigation unit is currently investigating an armed robbery at Sewell’s Gas Bar on Rankin First Nation Territory. Yesterday, two people, believed to be female, entered the gas bar brandishing a gun and demanded cash and cigarettes. There were no injuries.
The suspects fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash and 6 cartons of cigarettes. Police are looking for two females, 5’3” with slim builds. One suspect was wearing a Halloween mask and the other a black balaclava. Both were dressed in dark clothing.
