(Elliot Lake, Ont.) On Saturday evening a report of an intoxicated person at a Street Dance caused Police to intervene to remove the person at the organizers request.
A person who had been refused service by staff at the dance was alleged to have been served by an acquaintance, when Police were escorting the man out they were confronted by two other persons who interfered with their enforcement efforts.
An altercation broke out between Police and a female patron and she was arrested as well.

69-year-old Robert BINGHAM of 29 Colwill Dr in Elliot Lake

Charged with Causing A Disturbance, Resisting Arrest, Assault Police and Failing to comply with an Undertaking is:
26-year-old Patricia BINGHAM of 16 MacKay Ave London, Ontario.

Charged with Being Intoxicated in a Public Place and Failing to comply with an Undertaking is:
34-year-old Gary KAUFMAN of 1850 Bloom Cresc in London, Ontario.

Both P. Bingham and Kaufman were held in custody for Bail in Sault Ste Marie this Monday morning.

While Police were attempting to remove another Patron from the Dance she decided that she did not wish to comply and was arrested for various offences.

35-year-old Nancy J. BERRY of 112 Ida St in Dowling, Ontario.
