VEHICLE-ANIMAL COLLISIONS The Sault O.P.P. investigated a truck-deer collision on Friday at 6:25 p.m. on Highway 635 in the Echo Bay area. No injuries were reported however the deer was killed. No charges were laid.

The Sault O.P.P. investigated a truck-deer collision on Friday at 6:25 p.m. on Highway 635 in the Echo Bay area. No injuries were reported however the deer was killed. No charges were laid.

On Saturday evening shortly after midnight on Highway 17 in the Goulais River area, a tractor-trailer struck and killed a bear. There was no damage to the truck. No charges were laid.

PUMP STOLEN
The Sault O.P.P. is investigating the theft of a water pump and pressure tank in the Haviland Shores Drive area of Goulais River. The theft is believed to have occurred during the past two weeks.

GOULAIS COMMUNITY DAYS
The Goulais River Community Days were relatively quiet for police. The RIDE Unit was on hand to assist and 4 liquor act charges were issued.
