The Sault Ste. Marie OPP is warning about a heavy police presence on Highway 17B in Garden River First Nation.
“This is due to an ongoing police investigation, and the public is urged to avoid the area until further notice,” says a social media post from the OPP. “Anishinabek Police Service leadership is aware of involvement from their OPP partners to assist with this investigation.”
