SEAT BELTS PREVENT INJURY IN ROLLOVER COLLISION
Alona Bay, Ont.,

Sault Ste Marie OPP investigated one accident yesterday that saw a pick up truck roll over into the ditch

A Sault Ste Marie man was southbound on Hwy 17 near Alona Bay when he lost control of his truck on some ice. The vehicle slid sideways on the highway and then rolled over into the ditch.

The two occupants were not injured because both of them were wearing their seat belts. The 1999 dodge pick up truck they were driving was extensively damaged.
