Three people dead after Toronto stabbing incident, police say

Toronto police say three people are dead after a reported stabbing in the city's north end on Saturday afternoon.

Investigators say they were called about the incident just after 2:30 p.m., and found two men and a woman dead.

They say there are two crime scenes — a home and some nearby train tracks.

Medics were on the scene Saturday afternoon.

Police say there are no outstanding suspects, and no threat to public safety.

The homicide unit is investigating.
