After a courageous battle with cancer, on Saturday, January 20th, 2007, Bernice passed away in her 79th year. Beloved wife of the late Stephen. Loving mother of Harold (Linda), Herman (Linda), Raymond, Jim (Sandra), Beverly Harding (Mike), Delilha Kelly (Norm Archibald), late Terry and late Marla Fleet (and her baby Cassondra). Cherished grandmother of 8 and great grandmother of 9. Dear sister of Marguerite Zayet (Don) and late Myrtle Trumble (late Lawrence). Aunt to many nieces and nephews. A private visitation and service was held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at 10 am. Very Rev. Garry Dobinson officiated. Spring interment Goulais River Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Sault Area Hospital Cancer Care Fund would be appreciated by the family. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Bernice’s daughter-in-law Linda (Herman) for all her support, love and kindness during mom’s illness. Also a thank you to the Medicine Shoppe, Joanne Peer, Keri Scobi and Monica Vanderloo of the CCAC.
