ZAGORC, MARIJA (MINKA) (MARY)

With heavy hearts the children of Mary Zagorc regret to announce the passing of a devoted and beloved mother, grandmother, and great- grandmother on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at the Algoma Residential Hospice. Beloved wife of the late Ivan Zagorc. Loving mother of Margaret Wanat (Brian), Philip (Sindy), and Tom (Connie). Cherished grandmother of Robert (Tia), Jacklyn, Natalie, Sheena (Joshua), Matthew (Sarah), Courtney (Karl). Great-grandmother of 7. She is survived by her brother Alojze Pavlenc (Anica), and sister-in-law Marica Jordan (late Joze) of Slovenija. She is survived by many nieces and nephews in Slovenija and Sweden. At Mary’s request there will be no visitation. Friends and family are invited to a Funeral Mass on Friday, June 11th at 1:30 P.M., at Blessed Sacrament Church on Cathcart Street with Father Eric Pannike officiating.
Donations to A.R.C.H. or Finnish Rest Home would be appreciated.
Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Her health may have failed her by not her smile and kind heart.
