George Wright (born February 15, 1920 in Donegal, Ireland) passed away peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Thursday, October 3, 2002 at the age of 82 years. Beloved husband of the late Isabella. Son of the late Tom and Brigit Wright of Donegal, Ireland. Brother of Birdie Bryan and Ena Duckmanton of England. Predeceased by William Wright (late Nellie). Best friend and companion of Carmen Pope. Brother-in-law of Pat Currie (late Tom), Rose McGowan of Scotland, late Susan McClymont (late Tom), late George Currie (late Sally), late Jim Currie (late May) and the late John McKenna (late Jessie). Survived by many nieces and nephews. At George's request there will be no funeral service. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the SAH Cancer Clinic.
