Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Friday, April 3, 2009 at Extendicare Van Daele at the age of 82. Beloved husband of the late Maisie. Dear father of Jack (Lucy), Bessie-Anne Boyer, Harley (Dawna), Karen Caruso, Sandra Wiesel (Wayne), Marilyn Cerny (Bronislav), Wendy Hendel (Jim), Kathy Plumsteel (Ken) and the late Dennis. Survived by 21 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Predeceased by his brothers Willard, James and Grant and sisters Ruby, Nellie and Bella. Remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur
Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Sunday, April 5, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 6, 2009 at the New Apostolic Church
(Centre Street) at 1 pm. Bishop Neil Jansen and Evangelist George Wiesel officiating. Memorial contributions to the New Apostolic Church, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Extendicare Van Daele would be appreciated by the family.
