Leonard Bruce "Len" Willis passed away at the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital in Burlington on Saturday, August 31, 2002. Beloved husband of Helen (nee Rousseau) Willis. Dear father of David and his wife Shirley of Sarnia and the late John and Mark Willis. Loved grandfather of A.J. Alicia and Emma. Len is also survived by a sister, Pat Weaver. Predeceased by brothers Jack and Paul and sister Winnifred Paulowich. Len served 4-1/2 years with the R.C.A.F. during World War II and was employed by Stelco for 26 years and 18 years at Algoma Steel. Len was a co-founder of Big Brothers, Sault Ste. Marie, past president of the and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, past board member of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario and past member of the Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie.
