Peacefully at the Van Daele Manor on Friday, June 11, 2010 at the age of 83. Howard is predeceased by his parents Thomas and Veronica Williams. Special friend and loved by many people from Community Living Algoma. A memorial service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, June 18, 2010 at 11 am. Msgr. Victor Amadio officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Community Living Algoma would be appreciated.
