Suddenly at the Sault Area Hospital – General Site on Thursday, September 21, 2006 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of the late Irene. Stepfather of Kim, Donna Diana (Dino) and Michael Tessier all of British Columbia. Son of the late William Henry and Emily Francis Whyte of Ireland. Brother of Victor (Georgina), Winston (Alice), Elaine Jackson (late Tom) of England, the late Charles (late Mary) of Ireland, the late David (Mary) of Acton, Ontario, Fred (Kay) of Wardsville, Ontario, Sarah (Ida) Fox of Virginia and the late Anne Merritt (Jim) of Virginia. Brother-in-law of Fay (Eli), Dianne, Linda, Tim, Debbie (Kelvin) and Dan (Julie). Special nieces Tara and Amber Magee of Sault Ste. Marie and special nephews Charles, Willie and Ned of Ireland.
