Suddenly at the General Hospital on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at the age of 77. Dearest husband and soul mate of Mary. Loving father of Carolyn Rogers (Rick) or Peoria, Arizona and Michelle Robinson (Mark) of Haymarket, Virginia. Loving Grandpa of Aiden and Anya Rogers, Benjamin and Jack Robinson. Brother of the late Charles Welton (Carol). Richard will be sadly missed by all of Mary’s family, Chester (Dee), Harold (Pat), Erlyne (Paul Gress), Floyd (Winnie), Don (Nancy), Joan Farnsworth, Marg (Jack Taylor), Sharon (Alex Kahtava) and many nieces and nephews. Special cousin of Marjorie Armstrong and Peggy Clark. A visitation will take place at Community of Christ (Windsor St. and McNabb St.) on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 from 12 noon until time of memorial service at 2 pm. Memorial contributions to the International Myeloma Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
