Our beloved "Nana" passed in peace on Easter Monday, April 13, 2020. Born on the Isle of Jersey on July 19, 1922. Rosemary served with distinction in the British R.A.F.. Honourably discharged in 1946, she emigrated with her husband Kenneth to Sault Ste. Marie in 1949. A spiritual woman, she was active in the church. Recognized by the Province of Ontario for 47 years of volunteer service at S.A.H. where she made life long friendships and those bonds prevailed until her passing. Blessed with a good heart, a kind spirit and a warm smile for everyone. A shining example of the right way to live, love and enjoy life. She is survived by her son Mark (Jennifer), granddaughter Melanie (Mitch) and her two great grandchildren Carter and Cohen. Predeceased by her sister Ann Horton. A private family memorial will be held at St. Luke's Cathedral. Interment in St. Luke's Columbarium. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society. A special thanks to all the caregivers at Apple One, F.J. Davey Home. Your care, compassion and good will over the years and especially in these uncertain times will always be appreciated and remembered. You are heroes.
