Wambay, Mrs Violet Mildred

Peacefully, at Algoma Manor, Thessalon on Monday March 25, 2013.  Violet Wambay in her 89_^th year, wife of the late Edward Wambay and the late Eugene Pigoni.  Loving mother of Karen Wambay ( Ed ) of Brookfield Illinois, Perry Pigoni ( Sheila ) of LaGrange Illinois and Pam Cavanagh ( Jon ) of Basswood Lake.  Special Grandma to Edward, Mark ( Shannon ), Gregory, Perry ( Michelle ), Trisha ( Havier ), Patrick ( Shannon ), Jennifer ( Mike ) and Jonathon and Great Grandma to Finnigan, Gino, Lyla, Grady, Gavin and Abigale.  Dear sister of Hilding Erickson ( late Leona ) and the late Leonard ( late Mary ), Emil, Evelyn ( late Elmer ), Herbert ( Late Mir ),  Elin ( late Don ) and Jullene ( late Jack ).  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  Cremation.  A private memorial service will take place at a later date followed by interment in Pine Grove Cemetery.  Donations to the Algoma Manor Charitable Foundation gratefully accepted. Violet's family would like to express their deepest appreciation to all the support staff at Algoma Manor. Your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten. Violet worked as a Healthcare Aid at Algoma Manor herself. Thessalon is truly blessed to have people like you caring for our elders.
