At St Catharines General Hospital, St Catharines, Ontario on Saturday July 4, 2009 . Yvon Vezina in his 72 nd year. Beloved husband of Eva Vezina and dear father of Larry (Suzanne), and Ken (Nikki) Vezina and the late David and the late Andre Vezina and the late Yvette Johnston (Brad). Grandfather of 7 and great grandfather of 4. Son of the late Emile and Henrietta Vezina. Yvon is survived by 6 brothers and 4 sisters and was predeceased by three brothers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.Friends may call at O’Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home and Cremation Center, corner of Cathcart and St. James Sts. Friday July 10th from noon until the time of funeral and committal service in the chapel at 1 p.m. with Father Michael Williams officiating. Cremation will be followed by interment in the family plot at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
