Peacefully at the General Hospital with her family by her side on Monday, October 6, 2008 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Oscar Vandette. Loving mother of Jeanette Heino (Charlie McAlpine), Art (Karen), Peter (Liz), Jackie Gardner (Sterling), Maurice (Lana Giovanatti), Diana Vandette and the late Jean Vandette. Proud grandmother of Danny, Kim, Greg, Jeff, Michelle, Laura, James, Scott, Nicholas and Joshua. Great grandmother of six and great great grandmother of two. Virginia is predeceased by her brothers Paul, Jerry, Johnny, Art and Walter and by her sisters Donelda and Rose.
