June 12, 1938 - May 29, 2009 - Passed away peacefully at the General Hospital, Friday, May 29, 2009 at the age of 70. Jim entered the gates of Heaven to reunite with his best friend and loving wife, the late Phyllis Elaine Valley (Smith) 1985. He will be forever loved and missed by Kevin James Valley (Theresa) and Deborah Anne Martel (Mike). Proud grandpa to Jacob James and Kristopher Hauk Valley, Cody James and Ryan Michael Martel. Son of the late Francis (Red) Valley and the late Gladys Valley and step son to Neila Valley. Beloved brother of Francis (Junior) Valley (Lois), late Joan McKay, Marion Hedley (late Nick), Connie Valiquette (Andrew), Cathy Maclean (Brian), step brother to Chris Valley. Son in law of the late Isabelle Smith (Grawbarger) and the late Albert Smith. Brother in law of Sheila Trainor (Terry), the late Gerald and Mae Smith and the late Gloria McPherson (Robert). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 from 6 - 9 pm. Funeral service to be held on Thursday, June 4, 2009 in the chapel at 1 pm. Rev. Stephen Blackmore officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
