It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Barbara Trudeau on Monday, October 24, 2022.
Wife of the late Bill Trudeau. Much loved aunt of David (Alana), Graham (Debbie), Rob, Roxie (Kirsten) and Amber (Tim). Brother to Roxie (Debbie) and sister-in-law to Johneen. Predeceased by her father Frederick, mother June, step father Stan and brothers Robert and Ronnie and sister Diane. Great aunt to many loving nieces and nephews.
Aunt Barb had a vision and early on purchased property out at Bluewater Bay at a young age. She enjoyed family dinners, sunsets and martinis at her camp over the many summers. Barb loved to travel and made many trips to England to visit family and friends over the years. Aunt Barb was blessed to have Grandma June in her life and as her best friend. The two shared a special relationship. Her favorite tv show was Coronation Street followed closely by Downton Abbey and would watch episode after episode. Aunt Barb, thank you for your generosity, kindness and memories over the years. You will be missed and forever in our hearts.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. East 705-759-2522). Memorial contributions payable by cheque or online to the Humane Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
