Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late Erik August Thomsen. Dear mother of Mariann Disano (Patrick) of Sault Ste. Marie and August Thomsen (Hanne) of Elliot Lake. Grandmother of Tina Vanooteghem (Reiner) of New Market, Lori Orzechowski (Jason) of Aurora and Annett Willumsen of Denmark. Great grandmother of Heidi Vanooteghem, Kirsten and Brianna Orzechowski, Shannen and Chelsie Willumsen. A memorial service for family will be held in Toronto at a later date. Memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
