With heavy hearts, our family announces the passing of our sister and aunt at Extendicare Mapleview Nursing Home on Friday, April 30, 2021 at the age of 70. Dianne was the beloved daughter of the late Earl and the late Helen Thomas. Dear sister of Judy Pickering (Howard), late Bill (late Laurie), Dolores Murphy (Alan), late Father Randy Thomas, and David (Audrey). Dear aunt of Ron Hudson, Tyler Hudson (Erica), Joel Thomas, Jay Thomas (Sarah), Sarah Davey (Ben), and Christine Thomas (Nick). Great aunt and devoted friend to many.
 
In keeping with Dianne’s wishes cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held. A special Mass to celebrate her life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758). Memorial donations to the SAH Renal Dialysis Unit or Extendicare Mapleview would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to the most caring and compassionate staff at Mapleview, Harmony Bay unit.
