THOM, Vera (nee Lidstone)

passed away peacefully at the F.J. Davey Home on Monday, September 22, 2003 in her 89th year. Beloved wife for 61 years of the late Clifford. Dedicated mother of Audrey Harkness (Bob) of Ottawa, Alan Thom (Kelly) of Penticton, B.C. and Arnold Thom (Julie) of Sault Ste. Marie. Proud grandmother of Michael Harkness (Emma) of Ottawa, Melissa O’Dwyer (Rick) of Alymer, Quebec, Carrie Thom of Blind River, Alana Thom of Penticton, B.C., Craig Thom of Woodstock and Christopher Thom of Sault Ste. Marie. Great grandmother of 11. Predeceased by her brothers Donald, Clifford, Cecil and George Lidstone. Remembered by many. Vera will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, especially Carl Meierhoff of Sault Ste. Marie and Dorothy Lidstone of Spanish.
