Peacefully at home on Friday, July 21, 2006 at the age of 65. Loving father of Paula Thain (Roland Brosseau) and Robert Thain. Cherished grandfather of Amie, Taylor and Brittany Thain. Dear brother of James (Sandra) and Barbara Chrest (Jerry). Special friend of Patti Parker and Jack & Aline Mooney. At John’s request there will be no funeral service. Memorial contributions to the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Care Fund would be appreciated by the family.
