TEVC, Draga (nee Leventic)

It is with great sadness that we announce the
passing of Draga Tevc on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 in her 71st year. Predeceased by her devoted husband Frank. Loving mother to Joe (Kathryn) and Sylvia (Stephen Nichols). Daughter of the late Ivan and Iva Leventic.
Sister to Iva and Ljuba, the late Vlado and the late Ana. Draga will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. We will always remember the courageous battle mom waged over the last two and a half
years and we will never forget the deep love she had for both of her children. She protected us and taught us how to pray and for that we are eternally grateful. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Highway Croatian Catholic Church on Saturday, January 17, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Veselko Kvesic O.F.M. officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations made
to the Sault Area Hospital Renal Dialysis Care Fund or Our Lady of the Highway Building Fund would be appreciated by the family. Draga's family would like to thank the Sault Area Hospital Renal Unit, Care East and ICU
staff, along with Dr. Shafiee, Dr. Beck and the many physicians that treated Draga for the care and respect they gave her. Special thanks to Dr. Berry
for guiding us through the most difficult times. His patience and humour lightened the burden for all of us.
