Nursing Centre on Monday, December 29, 2008 at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband of Norma (Pilot). Loving father of Frank (Lia), Sandra Torcoletti (Eugene) of Oshawa, and David (Starr) of Oshawa. Loving nonno of Andrew (Karyn) and Mark Torcoletti (Maureen) of Guelph, Veronica Tesolin of
Gloucester, Jennifer Tesolin of Toronto and Noel Tessolin (Minn) of Oshawa. Son of the late Francesco and the late Dosolina (late Giuseppe DiDanieli). Brother of Mario DiDanieli (Adriana), Adeo DiDanieli (late Albina) and the
late Giordano DiDanieli (Silvana) of Italy. Brother-in-law of Romano Pilot (Emilia) , late Enso Pilot (Raphaela), and Noemi Santarossa (late Irenio). Zio Giovanni will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews in
Canada and Italy, including Marilyn Lesvesque (Phil), Robert Pilot (Chantal), Lori Pilot, Joe DiDanieli (Maria) of Oakville, Gianna DiDanieli (Franco Musi) of Italy, Stephen Santarossa (Cheryl) of Bolton, Jerry Pilot
(Donna) of Ottawa, Anthony Pilot (Connie) and Rosemarie Pilot. Giovanni was one of the founding members of the Fogolar Furlan of Sault Ste. Marie. Friends and family may visit at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great
Northern Road 945-7758) on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 from 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Gregory's Church Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. with Monsignor Victor Amadio officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre
Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Great Northern Nursing Centre Resident's Council or Sault area Hospital would be appreciated by the family. Norma and her family would like to thank the
wonderful staff of the Great Northern Nursing Centre for their kindness and care over the passed two years for whom Giovanni always had respect and a smile.
