TASSE, Heather Edna Colleen ... regretfully we announce the passing of Heather at the Sault Area Hospital on Thursday May 23, 2024 at the age of 72.
Beloved wife and best friend of Robert 'Bob' Tasse for 52 years. Loving mother of the late Jamie Tasse and Trevor Tasse. Adored by her granddaughters Emma Tasse (Nick) and Ava Tasse. "Special mother" of Pam Oliver and Judy Duffy (Scott). Special Nana to Jakob, Jessica, Nicole, Tyler and Michelle. Great Nana of Benjamin, Asher and Renesmae. Cherished sister of Christine (late Terry), late DonnaLee, Cheryl Lynn, Kim and Tina (Keith). Daughter of the late Eileen Corbeil and late Howard Miller.
Heather will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews, she was blessed to have many cousins who loved her greatly. Heather touched many hearts with her generous spirit, she always had a listening ear, warm hugs and an endless pot of the best coffee. She had a lifetime career of caring and helping people where she easily made friends who became family.
We have lost a remarkable woman who had a strong relationship with Jesus and who is irreplaceable.
Family and friends are welcome to join the family for a time of visitation at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton and Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E, 705-759-2522) on Tuesday May 28, 2024 from 11 am - 1 pm. Service to follow at 1:15 pm. There will be a luncheon at the Destiny Christian Centre (633 Wallace Terrace, Sault Ste. Marie).
