Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the A.R.C.H. on Saturday, January 21, 2012 in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert (Bob) Syrette. Mother of Buck, Brad (Debbie), Darlene (Kevin), Donald, Ann, Melinda and the late Douglas. Special Nana of Laura (Steve), Desni, Jennifer, Michael, Melissa, late Clayton, Kevin (Theresa), Lynn, Cheristy (Adam), Joseph (Heather) and John. Nana to 18 great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Joseph W. Boissoneau Sr. and Vina Bell. Sister of Joseph Boissoneau (late Joyce), Carm Johnston (Brian), Andy Boissoneau, late Geraldine Boissoneau (Bert), late Margaret Gingras (late Raymond). Daughter in law of the late Alex and Florence Syrette. Sister in law of Laura Loutitt (Bill), late Lawrence Syrette, Mabel Barry, Irene Lesage, Edna Perreault and Eva Day. Good Friend of Ethel Dallaire, Rose Boissoneau, Cindy Palmer and Tom Kakapshe. Special Aunt and dear friend to many nieces and nephews. Also survived by numerous cousins. Proud member of Sault Area Native Elders Association. Resting at the Garden River First Nation Community Centre on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 from 3 p.m. to time of burial on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Garden River Catholic Cemetery.
