STRAND, Alice Helen

Passed away peacefully at the Lady Dunn Health Centre, Wawa on Friday November 14, 2014 at the age of 83 years.  Beloved husband of the late Robert “Bob” Strand.  Loving mother of Leisa (Elliott Slaght) and Wayne (Deb).  Dear sister of Eddy Latoski (Lucy Lachapelle) and Lois Latoski (late Robin Ross).  Alice will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and cousins and her special dear friends Mary Sabados, Jackie Coyne (late Bruce) and Norma Sanders.  At the request of Alice there will be no funeral services.  Memorial donations made to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated.  The family would like to send a special thank you to the Doctors, the Lady Dunn Health Centre nurses and staff for all of their kindness and care given to  Alice over the years that she was in their care.
