Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital with his family by his side on Friday, February 1, 2013 in his 69th year. Beloved husband of over 48 years to Ann. Loving father of Debbie Garside (Ken), Brian and Lori Strachan (Greg Grawey). Proud grandfather of Ashley (Tyler), Sarah, Spencer, Amy, Abbey, Keeley, John and Billy. Special papa of Keria. Dear brother of Frank (Lucy) and Cindy Hore (Chris) and predeceased by Norman, Ron (Brenda), Peter (Rose) and Judy Couturier (Mark). Brother in law of Jackie Van Daele (Peter), Ivan Lariviere, Vivian Autio (late Roger), Rolly Lariviere (Arnelda), Louise Eckland (Henry) and predeceased by Albert Lariviere (late Katie), Raymond Lariviere and Ross Lariviere. Special brother in law to Glenna Mick and the late Wendy Strachan. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
