Surrounded by his loving family, Joseph Mark Stefanizzi passed away peacefully and with dignity on Monday, January 31, 2022 in his 75th year.
Son of the late Peter and Erminia Stefanizzi. Father of Lisa Souliere (Dave) and Laura Coxson (Dave). Brother of Gino, John (Lori), Dino (Marney) and Jerry (Laura). Grandfather of Jackson and Matthew Souliere. Uncle of Catherine, Christine, Peter, Mark, David, Anthony, Tyler, Mia, Justin-Peter and Jaret.
Joe loved to be surrounded by people. He was happiest when he was sharing stories, remembering old times and telling jokes. He treasured his time on the golf course and having coffee with his friends, especially Benny, John, Mike, Arturo and Kim. Joe had a special bond with his nephews with whom he shared a love of golf, football and trips to the casino. He especially loved a family BBQ in the backyard after a round of golf. Joe will miss his close relationship with lifelong friends Jim and Judy Dalgliesh.
Joe was a wonderful and dedicated father. The day he became “Nonno” changed him forever. Nothing in his life compared to the relationship he had with his two grandsons, Jackson and Matthew. He loved these two young men beyond measure.
A heartfelt thank you goes to Dr. Culina for her care and compassion. Joe was blessed to have you as his doctor.
