Passed away peacefully at ARCH after a brief illness on January 22, 2022, in his 90th year. Predeceased by his wife Shirley. Loving father of Heather Spears (Norm), the late Beverly Smith (Robin) and the late Bobby Jim Starling. Loving grandfather to Mark Smith, Laura Smith, Robert Drolet (Aimee), and Spencer Spears (Nicole). Great grandfather to Preston Drolet, Natasha Drolet, Hermione Drolet and Jack Spears. Survived by his brother Gord Starling. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
