Peacefully surrounded by her three sons on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at the Sault Area Hospital at the age of 78. Predeceased by her loving husband, Keith Thomas Smith and her parents Edward and Edna Danz. Loving and devoted mother of Keith Jr., Tim of Orangeville, Ont., and Darren (Ada) of Alliston, Ont. Dear Sister of Jim (Faye) MacIntyre, the late Earl, the late Donna (Rolland) Triplett, Eddy and Betty-Lou Danz. Cherished Grandmother of Erin (Bert), Jordan (Bill) Shaw, Kelan (Marjorie), Tyler (Tammy), Jenna, Connor and Cameron Smith. Adoring great-grandmother of Alexis, Braeden, Heydon and Annelle. Shirley was the sister-in-law of Fred (Lynn) Smith, and Larry (Laura) Smith. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
