Cora Shackleton passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Wednesday, August 7, 2002 in her 73rd year. Loving friend of Don Boyer. Cherished mother of Ron (Yvonne) Shackleton, Judy Langley, Larry (Debbie) Shackleton, Wanda (Tom) St. Pierre, Brent Shackleton and the late Ken Shackleton (1964). She will be remembered by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear sister of Fern, Margaret, Betty, Carole and Gloria. Predeceased by two brothers William and Robert "Bob". Friends may call at the Barton and Kiteley Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, August 9 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Phil Miller officiating. Interment at Port Findlay Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Cancer Society or to the Moose Lodge Children's Fund would be appreciated by the family.
