Passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Sault Area Hospital Plummer Site on Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Edna for 58 years. Loved father of Glen (Debbie) and Bruce (Cheryl). Brother of Mildred Atkinson, Arthur (Marie) and the late Clifford, Jack, Bob, and Roy. Brother-in-law of Jessie Booth (Bob), Grace Adams (Arnold), Shirley Pigeau (Richard), Alex MacDonald (Lorna), Ernie MacDonald (Rosina), Elaine Flint (John), Judy Ward (Darrell) and the late Donald MacDonald (Pat) and Angus MacDonald (Pat). Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, December 29, 2006 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm followed by the funeral service from Zion Lutheran Church, 189 Upton Rd, at 1 pm. Rev. Paul Raapana officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations to Zion Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family.
