Seabrook, Blanche R. (Burrows)

It is with sorrow that the family of Blanche announces her passing on Monday September 23, 2013 at Algoma Manor, Thessalon at the age of 90.  She was a resident of the Manor for 13 ½ years.  Predeceased by her husband Jim (July 1986) and daughter Lois (August 2011), grandson Don (2008), many brothers and sisters-in-law.  She is survived by her daughter Evelyn (Rick) of Richmond Hill and son Wes (Colleen) of Sault Ste. Marie, her sister Rosemary of Bruce Mines, 4 sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law.  Also survived by seven grandchildren,  several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  Funeral service at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon on  Wednesday September 25, 2013 at 11 o’clock with Dave Seabroook officiating.  Interment in Wharncliffe Cemetery.  Donations to Algoma Manor Charitable Foundation gratefully accepted.  The family would like to thank all of the staff at Algoma Manor for doing everything humanly possible to keep her comfortable for the last two months.  Thank you to Dr Heather Blois for taking care of all her medical complications for many years.  www.beggsfh.com
