After a lengthy struggle it is with deep sadness we
announce the passing of Tino Scopacasa surrounded by his family on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at the age of 70. Loving son of the late Dominico and Orsala Scopacasa. Beloved husband and best friend for 49 years of Rosalynd Scopacasa. Loving father of Teresa Gavin (Jeff), Nick Scopacasa (Anna) and Danny Scopacasa. Cherished and much loved grandfather of Tyler Gavin (Melanie), Bryce Gavin
(Crystal), Michael, Christopher and Kyle Scopacasa. Caring brother of Maria Giuliano (Antonio), Nick Scopacasa (Cheryl), Brunina Lombardo (Vincenzo) and Gina Costa (Charlie). Dear brother-in-law of Frank Acciavatti (Aili) and Ron Acciavatti. Tino will be greatly missed by all his nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, September 11, 2009 from 6 - 9 pm. Funeral service from the chapel on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at 1 pm. Mr. William Clarke officiating. Memorial donations to the Diabetes Association or C.N.I.B. would be appreciated.
