SCHOLZ, Herbert Bruno

(August 1, 1930 – April 2, 2007) – At the age of 76, peacefully in his sleep, at the F. J. Davey Home after a lengthy illness. Husband of Magdalena (Leni) Scholz for 49 years. Father of Monica Thibert (Richard), Karl Scholz (Alicia), Rose Christie (Scott) and Ingrid Atkinson (Randy). Grandfather of Kristopher and Taylor Thibert, Marie and Carson Scholz, Olivia, Laura and Alex Christie and Alena and Ryan Atkinson. Predeceased by his parents Bruno and Berta Scholz. At Herbert’s request a family mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 9, 2007 at 11 am, Zion Lutheran Church. Rev. Jouko Jyrkama officiating. Donations to the Brain Injury Association or the Easter Seals Society would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to Dr. Ianni and all of the caregivers over the years. Their kindness and compassion will forever be remembered by the family.
