Special thank you to Dr. Adam Parent, Dr. Buehner, Dr. Rassouli, Dr. Shehata and all the nurses from Sault Area Hospital, along with Dr. Nicole Apostle, Dr. Grosso, Dr. Dave Fera, Dr. Curran and their nurses from the Group Health Center. Your compassion and care shown towards Rudi and his family was greatly appreciated. To the Bayshore Homecare workers along with the Paramedics, Matt, Amanda and Ashley, your efforts to fulfill Rudi’s wishes, have touched us in a way that I can’t even describe.

Rudi, I hope you find peace in watching over us from heaven. We love you. Knowing you have all the time to fish; you can finally out fish me. Have a beer with our moms and your dad, while you hold our grandson. Comfort them until we meet again.

At Rudi's request, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions payable by cheque or online to the S.A.H.F. Critical Care Fund would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Arthur Funeral Home-Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. 705-759-2522).
