Peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 7, 2006 in her 75th year. Beloved mother of Judy Jolie, Cathy Elliott (Chris), Patty Babcock (Mike) and David Sawer (Darlene). Devoted and proud Nana of Jennifer, Michael, Christopher, Sam, Katie, Nathan and Ben. Ruth is predeceased by her parents Herman and Louise Ballstadt and by her brothers Hank Ballstadt (Betty) and Howard Ballstadt. Ruth will be sadly missed as a “2nd Mom” to many. Friends may call at the Barton & Kiteley Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, March 10, 2006 from 5 pm until 8 pm. A private family service was held. Rev. Betty Pretty officiated. Interment to take place later this spring at the Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Sick Children’s Hospital or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
