SARLO, Joseph G

Passed away peacefully to be with his Lord and Saviour at ARCH on Sunday July 2, 2017 at the age of 91.  Beloved husband of Edith for 63 years.  Father of Jonathan Mark, David (Roseanne), Laurie Philip and Kevin (Penny).  Grandfather of Angelina Shutt (Aaron), Krista Hofer (Mark), Carla Wood (Jody), Shawna Patton (Greg), Zachary Sarlo (Melanie), Nolan, Shelby, Brenna and Adriana Sarlo.  Great grandfather of Leyla, Marlin, Jubal, Thadeus, Mckenna, Tabitha, Annalee, Laramie, Micah, Keturah, Naomi, Joseph and Hudson.  Son of the late Carmine and Angelina Sarlo.  Brother of Guido Cedolia (late Velma) and predeceased by Alfred Cedolia (late Norma), Armand Cedolia (late Minnie), Mary Hicks (late Norman), Nick Sarlo and Albert Sarlo.  Brother-in-law of Barbara Sarlo and Janis Ambel.  Uncle to many nieces and nephews.  Friends are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday July 4, 2017 from 11am until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1pm.  Mr. Peter Aceti and Mr. Ron Millette officiating.  Interment Greenwood Cemetery.  Memorial contributions to Algoma Residential Community Hospice would be greatly appreciated.  Our sincere thanks for the compassion and care given to our father by the staff of WeCare, Sault Area Hospital Palliative Care Unit and ARCH.
